RETURN POLICY - ONLINE STORE

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect orders. 
  • All products have 7 days return period after delivery and the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • If you put the wrong shipping address, please contact our staff quickly.
  • Once the package left in the postal mail, we are not responsible for any lost package from USPS.
  • All items purchased from the SALE section and limited time discount promotions are a FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES - CURSOS DE FORMACIÓN

En Fire Rescue Training Center nos comprometemos a ofrecer programas de capacitación de alta calidad, diseñados para el desarrollo profesional en el área de emergencias. Con el fin de mantener la integridad administrativa y académica de nuestros cursos, establecemos la siguiente política de devoluciones y reembolsos:

  • No se realizan reembolsos: Una vez completada la inscripción y efectuado el pago de cualquier curso y día seleccionado, no se devolverá dinero bajo ninguna circunstancia.
  • No se permiten cambios por otros cursos: El pago realizado corresponde única y exclusivamente al curso para el cual el estudiante se inscribió. No se aceptarán solicitudes de aplicar dicho pago a otros cursos futuros o diferentes.
  • No se permite la transferencia de matrícula a otra persona: La inscripción es personal e intransferible. El estudiante registrado es el único autorizado a participar en el curso. No se permitirá transferir el espacio o pago a otra persona.
  • Aceptación de la política: Al realizar la inscripción y el pago, el estudiante reconoce haber leído, comprendido y aceptado esta política en su totalidad.

RETURN POLICY - TRAINING COURSES

At Fire Rescue Training Center, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs designed for professional development in the field of emergency response. In order to maintain the administrative and academic integrity of our courses, we establish the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • No refunds will be issued: Once registration is completed and payment is made for any course, no money will be refunded under any circumstances.
  • No course substitutions allowed: The payment made corresponds solely and exclusively to the course in which the student is registered. Requests to apply that payment to future or different courses will not be accepted.
  • No transfer of enrollment to another person: Registration is personal and non-transferable. The registered student is the only one authorized to participate in the course. Transferring the spot or payment to another person will not be allowed.
  • Policy acceptance: By completing the registration and payment, the student acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety.
